[Johannesburg, November 2025] – Smoke CI, a leader in Customer Experience solutions, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ruan Prinsloo to Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This appointment marks an important step in SmokeCI’s continued focus on building a scalable, secure, and forward-looking technology foundation to support global growth.
Ruan Prinsloo, who has been with Smoke CI since 2016, working across nearly every technical layer of the business, from Support to Systems Administration, Implementation, BI, and Product Management. In recent years, he has played a key role helping to shape the next-generation version of SmokeCI’s core product, Eyerys. and has been instrumental in aligning infrastructure, security, and development efforts with business and client priorities.
In his new role as Chief Technology Officer, Ruan will lead SmokeCI’s end-to-end technology strategy and operations, including infrastructure, support, information security, and development. His leadership will be central to ensuring SmokeCI’s platform remains resilient, flexible, and ready to meet the evolving needs of clients and partners.
