Smoke Customer Intelligence started in a suburb of Johannesburg and has since grown to operate globally. Retaining our home base in South Africa, we have a offices in both New York and London, and distribute surveys to 127 countries. Our support team practices the so-called "Follow-the-Sun" support, which means that regardless of time-zone, we are always available to help our clients.

Fundamentally we are a global organisation, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with the best in the world, but we remain extremely passionate about our South African heritage, because, as our CEO says  ' South Africans have the most phenomenal ideas and the energy to make them a reality".
