FiredUp is open to anyone who wants to sell our contact center VOC to their customers. We will consider all registrations, and your entrance into the program will be confirmed once we receive all the relevant info.
You can register to participate in our FiredUp partner programme in your own right, while being part of your current organization. As part of your on-boarding, we will work with you to ensure your organization supports your registration.
If you are currently employed within an organisation, you can register as an individual FireStarter, dependent on your organization agreeing to your registration. All benefits and support from the program will be made available to you in your own right, and not dependent on any partnership between us and your organization.
Yes! In fact we encourage teams to join, since the shared knowledge and support from within your team will increase your success in the program. If you register as a team, our sales kits and support are open to the entire team, and you get to decide who earns the incentive once you qualify.
Yes! After your registration as a FireStarter is confirmed, you will be invited to join a training session. This session will give you an overview of your sales kit, and you will be taken through a demo of Eyerys. After that you will be invited to join regular knowledge sharing session that will ensure you stay on top of all our latest features and benefits.
Yes! Our channel manager and internal experts will be available to you every step of the way whether you need advice, have a question or need us to help pitch to your customer.
